This structure, when combined with GDI's leading curriculums, make these programs sought after by serious, goaltending athletes. Beyond camps and consulting, GDI has a broad range of products and services which include publishing, multimedia and dramatic online properties. In combination, no other organization, within the goaltending community, has a broader release of development information than GDI.

No, the initial investment must be paid in full at the outset of the partnership.
7. Does the company or the partner select the site? [Back to top]
This is a partnership. Together, GDI and the partner (who has local expertise) will select the location of the Satellite Center. Therefore, it is a joint decision.
8. How much money can I make? [Back to top]
The Federal Trade Commission does not allow us to give out earnings claims. Success is based upon a wide range of factors which strongly includes the quality of input from franchisee.
9. Do you have company locations? [Back to top]
Yes. These are called GDI's National Development Camps. They are located in Faribault MN (@ Shattuck-St. Mary's Prep School) and Calgary (AB). These locations house GDI's HP3 and P4 skill progressions leaving satellite operators to operate GDI's REG1 and ADV2 progressions. Furthermore, GDI's National Development Camps are held in a residential format while the Satellites are in a day-program format.

11. What is GDI's royalty rate? [Back to top]
This is not a franchise. You are a managing partner (i.e. you own a minority share of the Satellite Center). Therefore, there are no ongoing royalties. GDI is a turnkey business opportunity. From administration to marketing, from curriculum design to student correspondence, from invoicing to handling AR, most standard business functions are handled by GDI's home office.
12. What is the Advertising contribution percentage? [Back to top]
4% of gross revenues are contributed to GDI's global advertising fund. This contribution is made by all GDI Satellite Centers and Corporate GDI.
13. How long has GDI been in business? [Back to top]
Since 1992.
14. How long is the development process to open a Satellite Center? [Back to top]
Since the Satellite is utilizing existing GDI systems, certain services can be up and running almost immediately. However, timing of the launch is important to ensure maximum capacity is achieved in the first year of operation. Planning and construction of the Center is typically a 6-12 month process. Furthermore, partners must participate, as a partner apprentice. This is a 1-week program held on-site at a GDI NDC location.
