SUPPORT

GDI Headquarters will give you startup and ongoing support looking after all the difficult matters where you need specialist experience. It is, however, necessary that you have a strong instructional/coaching background. GDI will:

  • Negotiate the lease for the facility.
  • Negotiate the contract subject to joint approval.
  • Train you at GDI Headquarters and in the field in all aspects of running GDI programs including:
    • Coaching techniques
    • Local marketing
    • Staffing and human-resource management
    • Administration
  • Assist in the planning, construction and preparation of the training facility.
  • Organize and coordinate the various administrative matters needed to open the Satellite Center.
  • Look after visual merchandising for the center
  • Bookkeeping, administration, invoicing and other daily functions After the first year of operations, our ongoing support includes :
  • Negotiating basic stock availabilities and promotional stock opportunities.
  • Placing the advertising funds in a special account and prudently deploys all the advertising funds in an effective manner.
  • Assist you with merchandising techniques for the Satellite.
  • Do everything within reason to maximize the profitability of the Satellite and your satisfaction with GDI.
