Isaac Reichmuth returns for his second season with the Muskegon Lumberjacks and his third season as a professional. Because he has played less than 3600 minutes in net, Reichmuth is still considered a rookie by the IHL. Last year with the Fury, Reichmuth finished with a 13-12-3-0 record overall, including a 4-0 mark in the shootout. His four shootout wins tied for the high mark in the league. Reichmuth also posted a 1-3 record and a 5.05 goals against average in the playoffs. Put on a show in Game 1 of the playoffs against Fort Wayne, taking a shutout 15 minutes into the first overtime before losing, 1-0. He played for the ECHL Alaska Aces in his initial pro season of 2006-07, where he helped spark them to the Northern Conference West Division Championship with a record of 49-16-7 and 105 points. Prior to pro debut, Reichmuth was a 4-year starter at University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he posted a career record of 56-48-15. His father, Craig Reichmuth played in the ‘70’s and 80’s in the Detroit Red Wings organization and the old WHA.
