“Top Prospects” Rosters Announced

Scott Pederson selected to NAHL Central Top Prospect Team


On the 21st of January The North American Hockey League announced three 20 man rosters for its first annual Top Prospects Tournament to be held February 17-19 in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The event will feature a three game, round robin set up with teams from the NAHL's Central, Northern, and Southern Divisions as well as a team from the US National Team Development Program.
Scott Pederson, from the Southern Minnesota Express, was one of two goaltenders selected for the Central Division Team. Scott is ranked 16th among all NAHL goaltenders. Through 24 games he owns a 3.50 GAA and a SV% of .904.

Another former Express goaltender, Nick Graves, holds an unbeaten 11 game streak in regulation play; a 9-0-2 record since joining the Ice Diggers. Graves is ranked 5th overall in the NAHL and has maintained a 2.58 GAA and a SV% of .910 despite a team change mid-season.
